It is adorned with five different coins that are precisely crafted and refined with black and white zirconia stones, inlays of iridescent labradorite healing stone, fine engravings and high-quality 18k yellow gold plating. Their design is elaborate on multiple levels and on both sides. The 50 cm long necklace can be worn from both sides. It has the structure of a long curb chain and a detailed THOMAS SABO lobster clasp.
