How can I cancel my order?
After completion of an order, it is not possible to cancel it due to our automated ordering process. You have the option, however, to return your order to us within 30 days of receipt (this does not apply to personalized and engraved items). For the same reason, it is not possible to make a subsequent change of details to your order, for example, adding/removing an item or making a subsequent change/correction to the delivery address.
Can I still change my THOMAS SABO order after the order process?
Due to our automated ordering process, it is not possible to make a subsequent change to your order, for example, adding/removing an item or making a subsequent change/correction to the delivery address. You have the option, however, to return your order to us within 30 days of receipt (this does not apply to personalized and engraved items).
Can I place an order with THOMAS SABO by telephone?
We regret to inform you that we currently do not offer an ordering service by phone. An order may only be placed in our online shop. Of course, you are always welcome to visit us at any THOMAS SABO Store near you.
Tips and technical requirements
We’ve put together some helpful tips and technical requirements for you just in case you encounter a problem while surfing online or ordering: Interactive websites use cookies to provide users with a session and, for example, to save items put in a shopping cart. We recommend activating the use of cookies in your browser; or at least so-called ‘session cookies’ which will be automatically deleted from your computer after closing your browser window. We recommend activating JavaScript. JavaScript is not necessary for the general use of the shop. Certain functions (i.e. the purchase function), however, are only available with an active JavaScript. The THOMAS SABO online shop has been designed based on current web standards and can therefore be viewed on every current browser. We recommend using the latest generation of browser. In the case of problems, if necessary, clear the cache and delete cookies in your browser and restart it. We recommend deactivating ad blockers in order to use our website fully. Should you nevertheless encounter technical problems, we ask you to carry out your order from another end device (e.g. laptop, tablet) and/or to email us at [email protected] – in the best case, with a screenshot of the error notification and information about your browser version.
Delivery
What are the shipping costs, what delivery methods are offered and how long is the delivery time?
Click here for more information Delivery is carried out from Canada. Please note that during bank holidays in Canada, shipping shall be carried out on the first working day after the holiday. In order to process your order, please note that the invoice address and delivery address must be located in the same country. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Puerto Rico and Hawaii.
How can I track my THOMAS SABO shipment?
After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing a link to track the status of your shipment (please also check your spam folder). Please contact us at [email protected] if delivery is delayed or if according to shipment tracking the package has been sent to a person you do not know.
What happens if the THOMAS SABO package cannot be delivered?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. You will automatically receive a refund based on the value of your order. Should you still wish to have the item, we ask you to reorder the item and provide the correct delivery address. If an order containing an engraved item cannot be delivered, you will be contacted by phone or email and asked to provide us with the correct delivery address or alternative delivery address, since engraved items cannot be returned.
What do I do if the package arrives damaged and/or empty or incomplete?
If upon delivery, you determine that the package is damaged, please do not accept the package, so that the logistics partner can immediately initiate a damage report. If it’s not possible to refuse delivery of the package, please contact us immediately after receiving the package either by email at [email protected]. Of course, we’ll gladly oversee reporting the damage to our logistics partner for you. In order for us to do this, however, we’ll require you to send us a picture of the damaged package.
Return & Exchange
How can I return my order?
Extended return until 23/01/2025 Wrong size? If your gift isn't quite right, and you bought it until 24th December 2024, you can return it. And we extended the time for you! You have until 23rd January 2025 to send your items back (Purchases from 08/11 - 24/12). Please note: Personalized products with engraving are excluded from the return. We hope you are completely satisfied with the products in your order. However, should you wish to return one or more of the items purchased from the THOMAS SABO Online Shop, you may return them to us, in their original condition, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. The day of receipt is intended as the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods. If you need to send items back to us, please make sure to follow the following instructions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please note shipping charges are non-refundable. To obtain your Return Authorization and Prepaid shipping label please contact us at: [email protected] with your name, contact information (address & phone number), returned item(s) with the order number and invoice number. Complete the Return Form included in your initial order indicating the quantity, item number and reason code for your return(s). Securely pack your item(s) along with your Return Form and copy of your invoice. Attach the prepaid shipping label. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please note it can take up to an additional 3-5 business days for funds to be credited to your account. Please note that we cannot issue a refund until we have received your item. Please note shipping fees on the initial purchase are non-refundable. Should the goods be damaged as a result of further use, we reserve the right to demand compensation. Watches can only be taken back if the bracelet has not been altered. Further important information: The delivered goods may only be used for the purpose of examination – comparable to a fitting in a Store. We are entitled to demand compensation if there is any deterioration of the goods as a result of further use. Please note that it may take several days for a return to be delivered by post and for our returns department to process it. The return processing is taking place at our headquarter in Canada. Goods that have been made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer (e.g. engraved items) cannot be returned. All engraved pieces of jewellery are a final sale and were engraved in accordance with the customer's instructions. THOMAS SABO is not liable for errors such as spelling mistakes that are based on an instruction or specification provided by the customer. In addition, watches are excluded from return upon the shortening and removal of links in watch bracelets, as these are changed according to customer specifications. Special instructions for engraved goods: You can purchase any engravable THOMAS SABO item without having it engraved and then have it engraved later at any THOMAS SABO Stores, free of charge. Please note that the subsequent engraving is only possible at THOMAS SABO’s own Stores and cannot be carried out by the returns department located at the company headquarters in Canada. Items sent to the returns department with a request to be engraved will be returned immediately to our customers.
How can I exchange an item?

You can find out how to return goods to us step by step here. Exchange via one of our THOMAS SABO Stores: By submitting the invoice, you can also exchange items within 30 days in a THOMAS SABO Store. Please note that the goods must be paid for on account before the exchange and proof of this is required in the Store. Important note: A refund of an online shop order in one of our THOMAS SABO Stores is generally not possible. However, the THOMAS SABO Store will gladly forward your return to our return department. Resizing in our in-house jewelry workshop Some items, such as chains or bracelets, can be resized later for a fee. You are welcome to enquire the possibilities by contacting our Customer Repair Service Team under [email protected]. How long is the processing time for returns?
Your return will usually be processed within 3-7 working days after the goods are received in our office in Canada. Upon receipt of items, the payment method originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges. Please note that the processing of complaints, repairs and restorations may take a longer time. PayPal refunds The refund shall be made directly to your PayPal account. Credit and debit card refunds Upon receipt of the returned items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the refund. Please note that in some cases the refund may only show up on the next bank statement, depending on the bank institution.
Cancellation instructions
You have the following right of cancellation: Cancellation right Cancellation policy: You have the right to cancel this purchase contract within 30 days without giving any reasons. The statutory period for revocation/return is 14 days from the date of receipt. The day of receipt is intended as the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods. Over and above the statutory cancellation period, THOMAS SABO gives you the opportunity to return the goods up to 30 days after receipt and thus release yourself from the purchase contract. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (THOMAS SABO GmbH & Co. KG, Silberstraße 1, D-91207 Lauf; e-mail: [email protected]) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (for example, a letter by post, fax or e-mail). For this, you can use the enclosed sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory. To observe the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send us notification of the exercising of the right of cancellation prior to the expiry of the cancellation period. Goods finished in accordance with customer specifications or goods which have been clearly tailored to the personal requirements of the customer (i.e. engraved items) are non-returnable. All engraved items of jewellery are specifically for final sale and have been engraved according to customer specifications. THOMAS SABO is not liable for errors that are the result of customer instructions or specifications. In addition, watches are excluded from return upon the shortening and removal of links in watch bracelets, as these are changed according to customer specifications. Effects of cancellation If you cancel this contract, we will return all payments received from you, including the shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs arising as a result of you choosing a different form of shipping to the standard, less expensive shipping offered by us), immediately and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment as used by you during the original transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, depending on which event is earlier. You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods prior to the end of the 14-day deadline. The direct costs for returning the goods are borne by you. You must only pay for any potential loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods caused by checking the composition, properties and function of the goods.

Can I pay by credit card in the THOMAS SABO Online Shop?
You can pay us conveniently and safely with your credit card. We use the market leader Ingenico ePayments as our payment service provider. Your bank account or credit card details will be encrypted upon payment and sent directly from your computer to Ingenico ePayments. No sensitive data is stored on our servers.
Can I pay by PayPal in the THOMAS SABO Online Shop?
You can pay safely, easily and quickly via PayPal. To do this, simply select PayPal as your payment method at the end of the order process and you’ll be forwarded directly to PayPal.
How do I use the THOMAS SABO Gift Card in the Online Shop?

Purchase Gift Card Check Credit You can purchase a Gift Card at our THOMAS SABO Stores or at the Online Shop by logging on to www.thomassabo.com. This takes place in the same way as for a normal product. A THOMAS SABO ONLINE Gift Card is a PDF for downloading. After completing your online gift card order, you will receive a separate email with an activation link to the email address you used to place your order. You can use this link to generate and activate the PDF Gift Card in our online shop and then print or save it. Please note that there may be a slight delay in sending the email with the activation link. How can I redeem the Gift Card?
The THOMAS SABO Gift Card can be used as a payment type at THOMAS SABO Stores and at the Online Shop at www.thomassabo.com. The Gift Card can only be redeemed in the country in which it was issued. This applies to both purchases at THOMAS SABO Stores and at the Online Shop. You can redeem your card in several stages and use it to pay for goods and services. It is not possible to return the Gift Card, to redeem it for cash, recharge it or use it to settle open claims for payment. In individual cases, THOMAS SABO reserves the right to refuse payment using the Gift Card if the payment is not possible due to technical problems or issues. In the case of fraud, the attempt to deceive or the suspicion of other criminal activities in connection with the Gift Card, THOMAS SABO is entitled to demand a different payment type and to block the Gift Card. Card holders have no right to demand the unblocking of, or to redeem the card, for the affected Gift Card. PLEASE NOTICE: Due to the fact that the Gift Card is meant for paying only and that it’s not a regular article, please be advised that the value of the Gift Card will not be summed up into the minimum order value – this applies to our actions, promotions and for reaching the minimum order value to get free shipping. At the THOMAS SABO Online Shop: Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase, have placed them in the THOMAS SABO Online Shop basket and gone to the check-out, you can enter a Gift Card as a payment type. Here, use the card number below the barcode and the PIN on the back of your card. The PIN is covered by a scratch coating that you must first scratch off. The credit on your Gift Card is analysed and the Gift Card is accepted as a payment type. If the total of your basket is lower than the credit on the Gift Card, the remaining credit is left on the Gift Card. The current credit is then displayed. If the credit on the Gift Card is lower than the basket total, you can select an additional payment type from those offered to complete your order. Up to 3 Gift Cards can be used per order. At THOMAS SABO Stores: You can use your Gift Card at THOMAS SABO Stores just like a credit or debit card. Simply present the Gift Card when paying. The credit on your Gift Card is analysed and the Gift Card is accepted to pay for purchases. If the purchase value is lower than the credit on the Gift Card, the remaining credit is left on the Gift Card. If the credit on the Gift Card is lower than the purchase value, you can select an additional, permitted payment type to pay for your purchase. You can use up to five Gift Cards to make purchases.
How long is the Gift Card valid for?
Please note that your gift card has a maximum validity of 36 months from the day it is activated. At the end of the 36 months, any topped up or remaining credit expires. It is not possible to reimburse the amount.
Further questions about the Gift Card
When purchasing a gift card online, can I have it sent to a different delivery address? You can send a Gift Card to a different delivery address. Simply enter an alternative delivery address when ordering and the Gift Card will be sent to the desired recipient directly. Does the gift card come with a special gift packaging? Yes, the Gift Card is placed in a special card. The Gift Card packaging is neutral in design. How do I do if I lose my gift card? Please keep your Gift Card in a safe place. It is just like having cash. It will not be replaced in the event that you should lose it. If you still have the invoice or receipt for the Gift Card, THOMAS SABO may be able to – in individual cases – determine the current credit and block the Gift Card. In individual cases, THOMAS SABO may be able to transfer the remaining credit to your bank account or issue you with a new Gift Card with the corresponding credit. Is the Gift Card transferrable? Yes, the Gift Card is not personalised and therefore can be used by anybody. When is the PIN required? The PIN is only required for payment in the Online Shop and for checking the credit. The PIN can be found on the back of your card. To reveal it, you must scratch off the coating covering the corresponding field. Who can I contact if I have queries relating to the gift card? How do I redeem my voucher code?
Please enter the corresponding voucher code in the shopping basket. The voucher code must be confirmed with the ‘Redeem now’ button before you continue your order with the ‘Checkout’ button, as voucher codes cannot be refunded later once the order has been completed. Please see the exact terms of use in the asterisk text of the respective voucher/voucher email.
Why can't I redeem my voucher code?
If you cannot redeem a voucher, an error message will be displayed. This can have the following causes: The minimum order value was not reached Certain items are excluded from the discount The voucher code is no longer valid The voucher code has already been redeemed The voucher code was entered incorrectly Please read the information text and compare it, if necessary, with the respective terms and conditions of your voucher code. Can I redeem my voucher code later?
We regret that it is not possible to apply voucher codes later. The voucher codes must be redeemed directly during the order process.
Warranty & Repair
How can I take advantage of the THOMAS SABO repair service?
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your THOMAS SABO products. However, if a product has a defect, you can send it to our in-house workshop for repair. In advance as a small note for you, a repair can take about 4-6 weeks from the time it is accepted. If you would like to use our repair service, you can hand over the defective piece of jewellery at all THOMAS SABO own stores (except THOMAS SABO Outlets.) or send it directly to us. If you would like to return defective goods directly to us for repair, please proceed as follows: Fill in the service form and note the return reason as well as the return quantity. Place the goods to be returned as well as the service form in the package and pack it safely. If the item was not purchased through our online shop, please enclose a copy of the purchase receipt. This is used to check the warranty claim. Drop off package at your nearest post office or with a service shipping provider of your choice. (We accept no liability for damage, loss or theft during transport.) Further important information: Defective THOMAS SABO pieces of jewellery that are not covered by the warranty or warranty claim shall be repaired at your own expense, subject to the discretion and judgement of THOMAS SABO GmbH & Co. KG. Please note that we can only provide a repair service if we can restore the item back to it's original perfect condition, therefore all necessary spare parts will need to be available in order to execute the repair successfully. We are unable to accept items for repair where third-party repairs have been attempted/completed and this includes items with adjustments or amendments to the original design. We have a supply of stones and other components for the repair of items from older collections. However, we are not able to guarantee the replacement of all parts. We reserve the right to replace items if repairs are disproportionate or not possible anymore. Please note that an exchange can only be made for the same item. THOMAS SABO does not have fixed repair prices. Upon request, you will receive a non-binding quote and can then decide whether and which repairs should be carried out. Please note that costs for the return of the jewellery may apply in addition to the repair costs. These may apply even if you do not opt to have the repair carried out.
Can I have my THOMAS SABO jewellery refurbished by you (expert inspection & cleaning)?
THOMAS SABO offers an exclusive restoration service. We intensively clean and polish the jewellery. Restoration treatment is carried out within our in-house jewelry workshop. The piece of jewellery usually looks ‘new’ again after the service is completed. However, we are not able to guarantee a successful end result. Excluded from the restoration service are leather and satin straps, leather wristbands, knotted pearl necklaces, discoloured pearls and deep scratches or substantial damage on silver parts. If you would like to use our restoration service, you can hand in the jewellery at all THOMAS SABO own stores (except THOMAS SABO Outlets.) or send it directly to us. If you would like to return goods directly to us for restoration service, please proceed as follows: Fill in the service form and note the return reason as well as the return quantity. Place the goods to be returned as well as the service form in the package and pack it safely. Drop off package at your nearest post office or with a service shipping provider of your choice. My Jewellery has tarnished, what can I do?
The tarnishing of silver is a normal and natural process. The jewellery absorbs skin particles, perfume, cosmetics, etc. and also oxidises over time due to the sulphur in our air. This causes the silver to turn in a brownish colour. This is a natural reaction (which occurs also in gold jewellery), which is not due to a lack of quality. Please note that THOMAS SABO jewellery is not rhodium-plated. There are some basic rules that you should follow in order for you to enjoy your precious and beautiful pieces of jewellery as long as possible. You can read about these in details under the section named Caring instructions about our Jewellery. Furthermore, THOMAS SABO offers an exclusive restoration service. We intensively clean and polish the jewellery. Restoration treatment is carried out within our in-house jewelry workshop. For more information see restoration service.
How long is the THOMAS SABO jewellery and watches guarantee?
Starting from the date of purchase, THOMAS SABO provides a two-year warranty for jewellery and watches covering material defects and manufacturing defects. This is subject to the condition that the consumer bought the item in one of THOMAS SABO’s own Stores or in the THOMAS SABO online shop. The warrantor is Thomas Sabo GmbH & Co. KG, Silberstrasse 1, 91207 Lauf, Germany. In the event of a warranty case, your THOMAS SABO jewellery / your THOMAS SABO watch will be repaired free of charge within this two-year period. The warranty does not cover misuse, third-party repair, negligent use, wear and tear, damage during regular use (e.g. scratched glass), misuse or damage (e.i. from an accident). (see also repair service) To use our warranty service, you may take any defective item purchased within two-year time to any THOMAS SABO’s own Stores or send it directly to THOMAS SABO. If you would like to return defective goods directly to us, please proceed as follows: Fill in the service form and note the return reason as well as the return quantity. Place the goods to be returned as well as the service form in the package and pack it safely. If the item was not purchased through our online shop, please enclose a copy of the purchase receipt, if available. This is used to check the warranty claim. The warranty does not cover parts subject to wear and tear, such as wristbands, leather or satin wristbands and change of batteries. The warranty on watches is only valid on the condition that batteries approved by THOMAS SABO are used. Your watch is equipped with a quartz movement. Please pay special attention to the care instructions provided by THOMAS SABO for jewellery and watches, which can be found in the section on product information. Please note that the warranty is void on items that have not been engraved by us but by third parties. Regardless of the warranty provided by Thomas Sabo GmbH & Co. KG, you are entitled to the rights within the scope of the statutory warranty. These are not limited by the warranty.
No warranty in the case of loss or theft
Please note that the warranty does not apply to lost or stolen items – a refund of the purchase price cannot be granted in that case. What do I need to bear in mind with regard to engravable jewellery items?
Return of engraved items: According to our terms and conditions, engraved items are excluded from exchange or return. This is mentioned multiple times during the ordering process. If you are not sure which size you need for your piece of jewellery, you can order any engravable item without having it engraved and then have it engraved at any time at any THOMAS SABO’s own stores. Subsequent engravings: You can purchase any engravable THOMAS SABO item without having it engraved and decide to have it engraved later. Please understand that the subsequent engraving is only possible in one of THOMAS SABO’s own stores and cannot be carried out by the returns department located at the company headquarters in Lauf. Items sent to the returns department with a request to be engraved will be returned immediately to our customers. Please note that the warranty is void on items that have not been engraved by us but by third parties. Subsequent resizing: Most engraved bracelets can be subsequently extended or shortened for a fee. Further information about this service can be found in the section on Repair Service. How do I look after my THOMAS SABO jewellery properly?
You can prolong the life of your jewellery by properly and regularly caring for it. There are some basic rules that you should follow in order for you to prolong the life of your precious and beautiful pieces of jewellery: If possible, rings and other pieces of jewellery should not be worn while carrying out home and garden work, exercising or bathing (salt or chlorine water). Jewellery should be removed before going to bed or taking a shower. Perfume or hairspray can cause the jewellery to become dull and decrease its shine. We recommend putting perfume, hairspray or other cosmetics on first before putting on your jewellery. Pearls should not come into contact with perfume, make-up or hairspray. Alcohol or other solvents can damage the surface of the pearls. Pearls should be kept separately from other jewellery, ideally in a cloth bag or wrapped in a soft cloth. That way you can prevent your synthetic pearls from being scratched. Cleaning Soap, cream and make-up residues can be removed using an ultrasonic device. The ultrasonic device should not be filled with abrasive cleaning agents. It is best to use water with a little bit of neutral cleaning agent. Please use a jewellery cleaning cloth to polish slightly tarnished areas and remove dullness, bringing the jewellery back to its original shine. If the discoloration and dullness can't be removed with the jewellery cleaning cloth, we recommend using a jewellery bath solution. Jewellery cleaning products such as the cleaning cloth - especially designed for our jewellery - and the jewellery bath can be purchased at THOMAS SABO Stores or on the Online Store at: Jewellery Boxes & Care. Our cleaning products are suitable for both pure 925 Sterling silver and gold-plated jewellery. Please carefully follow the instructions for use. Best results are achieved when the item is first dipped, dried thoroughly and finally rubbed and polished with the jewellery cleaning cloth. Oxidised pieces of jewellery should not be cleaned in the jewelry bath, if you don´t want the oxidation (blackened) effect to be reomoved. The surface can, however, be polished with a cleaning cloth. Jewellery with imitated pearls, freshwater cultured pearls, lapis lazuli, coral, turquoise, mother-of-pearl, jasper, howlite or hematite are also not suitable for cleaning in the jewellery bath. Only the silver parts on leather wristbands, rubber straps or straps made of any other sort fabric may be cleaned using a silver cloth. Do not put leather wristbands and fabric straps in silver immersion baths or clean them using an ultrasonic device. Other commercial specialist silver or gold jewellery dipping baths may also be used. Please follow the instructions for use and, if in doubt, make sure that stones, pearls and cold enamel are compatible.
How do I look after my THOMAS SABO watch properly?
Water resistance A waterproof watch is designed to prevent external elements (e.g. water, air or dust) from penetrating the inside of the watch. The degree to which the watch is resistant to water is expressed in »ATM«units corresponding to the pressure (formerly bar) of the physical atmosphere. Please note: the higher a watch’s ATM, the more resistant it is to water. The water resistance of your THOMAS SABO watch is dependent on the model. The following information about waterproofness can be found on the bottom of the case: Waterproof up to 3 ATM (splashes of water, rain) Waterproof up to 5 ATM (bathing, washing, showering) Waterproof up to 10 ATM (swimming, snorkelling) The water resistance level might change over time. Regular wear and tear on the seals or improper use may affect the waterproofness. We therefore recommend having the water resistance of your watch checked on an annual basis. Care and cleaning In order to guarantee that your THOMAS SABO watch lasts a long time, we recommend to observe the following care instructions: Avoid exposing your watch to extreme environmental conditions, such as strong sunlight or high or low temperatures. Extreme temperatures will shorten the battery’s life. Watches with leather wristbands do not tolerate wet and moist conditions. Try to keep them dry at all times so that they do not become porous and brittle. Never operate the chronograph crown or push buttons under water. If water or condensation forms under the glass, have your watch professionally inspected. Trapped water can affect the watch’s functioning. Avoid extreme vibrations or shocks. Your watch is designed to withstand shocks that occur during normal use. Do not use soaps or other chemicals that can damage your watch. Chemicals, solvents or greases may cause discoloration or damage to the case and wristband. You can easily remove dust or dirt from your watch using a soft, slightly dampened cloth. Please use only clear water. Do not use soap or other cleaning products. The cleaning cloth should be untreated (no silver cleaning cloths or similar). Do not immerse the watch in water unless it is waterproof (see details on the back of the case). This product by THOMAS SABO is subject to Directive 2002/96/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste electrical and electronic equipment and the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG). This device was available in stores after 13/08/2005 and may not be disposed of with regular household rubbish. Diamonds are graded worldwide based on the 4Cs (Carat, Cut, Clarity, Colour). Carat: The carat number indicates the weight of the stone. The stone size varies depending on the model for our items. The carat details can be found in our Fine Jewellery items in the item details. Cut: THOMAS SABO uses diamonds cut with facets. Diamonds in the Fine Jewellery collection feature the classic brilliant cut. Clarity: Most diamonds have tiny natural features called inclusions. The smaller and fewer the inclusions, the better the light can penetrate the stone. THOMAS SABO uses SI grade diamonds. Colour: THOMAS SABO uses white diamonds with the colour definition G/H. Kimberly Process The diamonds for THOMAS SABO collections are sourced exclusively from legitimate sources that are not involved in financing conflicts. They comply with the applicable United Nations resolutions and are subject to the Kimberley Process (System of Warranties) certification system. How do I look after my THOMAS SABO sunglasses properly?
In order to guarantee a long service life for THOMAS SABO eyewear, the following points should be observed: Do not place eyewear with the glass side on table surfaces or other surfaces as this will scratch the lenses. Always pack in the enclosed case. Always keep eyewear in your handbag or similar in the case, to prevent damage to the frame or lenses. If the eyewear is dropped, lenses can break or scratch, or the frame can be deformed. Acetate ends on the temple can become discoloured if hairspray, strong perfumes, hair gels, creams etc. are used. Nose pads are sensitive and can become discoloured by make-up, creams, etc. Please clean regularly with eyewear cleaner and lukewarm water. Only use clean eyewear cloths or microfibre cloths to clean the frame and lenses. Do not apply strong pressure. Other cleaning agents can be aggressive and change the colour of lenses, acetates or metals and damage them. Avoid long exposure to heat or excessive heat (e.g. in the sauna, leaving the eyewear on the dashboard in the car or contact with steam). Children under 3 should only wear the jewellery under adult supervision, as small parts could be swallowed. To ensure that the recipient enjoys the gift for as long as possible, please note that, despite the use of high-quality silver and gold alloys, our jewellery items are not completely resistant to impacts, scratches and other damage that can occur when playing and crawling. All our jewellery items are, of course, nickel-free.
How do I avoid signs of wear on polished silver/gold surfaces?
All THOMAS SABO silver pieces are crafted using 925 sterling silver and gold pieces are plated using 18 carat yellow or rose gold. Please note that traces of wear and tear (e.g. scratches) are more visible on items which have larger polished silver or gold surfaces as on other items. These can occur even after a short time. External influences like scratches and tarnishing are normal signs of wear and tear and are no material faults! Store your silver jewellery in a clean, dry place away from direct sun exposure. Please avoid storing your jewellery in damp and hot conditions as this can cause silver and gold plating to discolour and tarnish. It is advisable to remove all jewellery when partaking in any physical or labour intensive activities. For this same reason, it is also advisable not to wear jewellery when asleep at night. Skin and hair products such as body lotions, perfumes and creams can react adversely with jewellery causing precious metals to tarnish and/or erode. It is advisable to apply any cosmetic products in advance of putting on jewellery. You can refresh the shine of your jewellery piece by polishing the item with a silver/gold cleaning cloth. Furthermore, we offer a professional reconditioning service at our workshop. Please note that it can´t be avoided that in process of reconditioning a silver abrasion will occur. A result of this is that existing engravings could become weaker.

How can I find out my ring size?
Determine your size THOMAS SABO ring sizes are measured in millimeters. For example a size 44 is 44mm in circumference. You can determine your ring size with a soft measuring tape or piece of ribbon. To measure, place the measuring tape (or ribbon) around your finger and mark the end. Using a ruler, measure the marked cord to get your ring size. If your finger size is between two sizes, choose the next size up. For example, if your finger measured 51mm, select a 52mm ring size. How can I find out my bracelet size?
Determine your size THOMAS SABO also shows the inner circumference in centimeter in the size selection field on every bracelet detail page. For example: L15 (15.00 cm); L19v (14.00 - 19.00 cm). This inner circumference corresponds to the circumference of your wrist. You can easily determine your own bracelet size with a measuring tape or a cord. To measure simply place the cord (or the measuring tape) around your wrist. The ends of the cord should be marked. By using a ruler, you can then measure the marked cord and get your wrist size.

Then enter the desired city or postcode – the THOMAS SABO Store near you that offer the ‘Click & Reserve’ service and have the items in stock will then be displayed. How long will my jewellery be reserved? We usually reserve your jewellery for the following three days. However, please refer to the e-mail sent to you by the THOMAS SABO Store for the exact date as soon as the staff have put the products back for you. Can I reserve a product in a larger quantity? The basic rule applies: Each variant of a product can only be reserved once. For example, if you want to reserve the exact same ring in the same size and colour, this will not work. However, you are welcome to reserve the ring in two sizes or in two colours – and then decide in the store. Can I also make a reservation with my jeweller? No, this is unfortunately not possible. The 'Click & Reserve' function can only be used for selected THOMAS SABO Stores. Can I cancel or adjust my reservation in the store? If you don't like the product you reserved, you can simply leave it in the store and of course you don't have to buy it. Also, if you find that a different size fits you better or you like another piece of jewellery better, simply change your reservation in the store! Can I save my reservation list and send it at a later date? Yes, that’s possible. However, you must be logged in to do so.
